You may submit your concern anonymously if you prefer, and every report is reviewed thoughtfully and taken seriously. Submitting the below form will trigger a Standards Committee review of the incident. It is Northern Lights corps policy to escalate reports of an illegal or criminal nature to the proper authorities immediately and we defer to the investigative authority of that body in all cases when applicable.
